Each portal is an exclusive franchise granted to a single franchisee. By purchasing an IREA-AII franchise, the franchisee obtains exclusive rights to market advertising services on their assigned website. However, if you wish to ensure that you are not competing with other IREA-AII franchisees in your chosen area, please consider the following options for territorial exclusivity.
City exclusivity
Option 1: To franchise all the portals belonging to one city. The franchisee must invest an amount at least equal to the cost of the franchise in advertising and marketing their websites.
Option 2: If there are no existing portals yet for the desired city, or there are less than three, the franchiser will activate at least three portals for that city. The franchisee must invest an amount equal to the value of the franchise in advertising and marketing their franchised websites.
The franchiser will in this situation help the franchise holder to acquire the web positioning and reputation the IREA-AII network enjoys, for the new franchised portals. The franchiser (IREA-AII) will invest 50% of the money received for the franchise in advertising and marketing said portals.
Regional exclusivity
Option 1: To franchise all portals from a particular region, investing an amount at least equal to the cost of the franchise in advertising and marketing.
Option 2: If there are no existing portals yet for the desired region, or there are less than six, the franchiser will activate a minimum of six portals for that region. The franchisee must invest an amount equal to the value of the franchise in advertising and marketing their franchised websites.
The franchiser will in this situation help the franchise holder to acquire the web positioning and reputation the IREA-AII network enjoys, for the new franchised portals. The franchiser (IREA-AII) will invest 50% of the money received for the franchise in advertising and marketing said portals.
Country Exclusivity
Option 1: To franchise all portals from a specific country, investing an amount at least equal to the cost of the franchise in advertising and marketing.
Option 2: If there are no existing portals to the requested country, or there are less than 12, the franchiser will activate at least 12 portals for that country. The franchisee must invest an amount equal to the value of the franchise in advertising and marketing their franchised websites.
The franchiser will in this situation help the franchise holder to acquire the web positioning and reputation the IREA-AII network enjoys, for the new franchised portals. The franchiser (IREA-AII) will invest 50% of the money received for the franchise in advertising and marketing said portals.
