What is an IREA-AII Franchise?

Each of the 600 IREA-AII portals is live, has an established reputation and is fully equipped with the software required to sell the IREA-AII service. As franchise holder you receive one of these integrated portals to manage as your own – this means no down-time between investment and starting to earn money from your business.

The IREA-AII Franchise Model

There are three distinct franchise models with the IREA-AII: Single Operator Franchises, Management Franchises and Investment Franchises.

As a Single Operator Franchise holder, you run what is also known as a ‘Job Franchise’, and are essentially self-employed selling advertising on your own IREA-AII franchise website. Your website is live from the moment you take over, and is equipped with everything you need to start immediately. The IREA-AII provides the service, technical support, customer assistance and many other valuable resources to each and every franchised website, leaving the franchise holder free to concentrate on achieving sales.

Our network is your strongest selling point: your clients will appreciate listing on 600 portals for the price of listing on one. Maintaining a good relationship with your customers will also ensure a high rate of renewals year to year, assuring the continued high turnover of your website.

Management franchise holders manage between seven and 36 portals. Initial investment is higher, but correspondingly so is your commission – and your potential returns increase with each portal you operate. Your role is to efficiently manage a team of salespeople, who will do the majority of your selling.

An Investment Franchise starts at 50 portals, and is specifically designed to be operated as an investment with very little franchisee input. The franchisee must have the capacity to invest heavily in advertising, which will in turn ensure high returns without the necessity for pursuing sales.
